The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent – but what impressed me the most was the level of effort that went into understanding our requirements and proposing potential solutions. Rory and I planned on making a boot room storage compartment piece and he so easily envisaged it for me. He was incredibly efficient getting sketches done and was able to finish in just a couple of weeks. The end product is fantastic and I will 100% be using Rory again.
